Our target is to have a worthy set of goals that will work for more than just a few individuals on an occasional basis. The desire is to build a consistent team - which is not possible if we just concentrate on a big event once every two years or so. However, we still look forward to having those big events from time to time.

The vision is that we would learn a repertoire of different sketches and short dramas - both secular and Christian - so that we could go just about anywhere with the Gospel message. We could even put on dinner theatre at our own facility. The possibilities for us will only be limited by our own imagination. Outreach is the key word, and has always been at the core of my dreams as a Christian Theatre Director and actor. I hope many of you will get excited about the opportunity to have a go at this. There are so many people out there that simply would or could never come to us - but would love it if we came to them - prisoners for instance.

This will only work if we can pull together a committed group. That means becoming a regular member of Chocolate Box Theatre Company - not just an occasional visitor. Accordingly, I need to get your feedback. I need you to let me know if you want to get on board with us. I already have a few that are excited about what we can achieve and have been attending regularly. However, we simply haven’t had enough people show up on a regular basis to get things really moving. I have several excellent scripts, and look forward to adding more still. You will have a great opportunity to learn several parts and extend your skills - or if you have never acted but would love to learn - this may just be the opportunity you've been looking for.

I believe we have a great bunch of talented people out there - people with a heart for the lost who would be greatly impacted by our work. I hope that if you are one of those, you won’t want to waste the talent you have been gifted with.
