What We Believe

• We believe the Scriptures are inerrant in the original writings and are our supreme authority for faith and action.

• We believe in one God, eternally existing in three persons – Father, Son and Holy Spirit - identical in nature, distinct but harmonious in function.

• We believe God personally created the heavens and earth, and made man in His image; that by man's disobeying God, every person incurred spiritual death, which is separation from God, and physical death as a consequence; and that all people are sinners by nature and practice.

• We believe in the deity of Jesus Christ; His miraculous conception by the Holy Spirit; His virgin birth ; His sinless life; His substitutionary death on a cross; His bodily resurrection; His ascension to the right hand of the Father; and His personal, imminent return.

• We believe the Holy Spirit convicts of sin and indwells, guides, instructs, and empowers the believer for Godly living, service, and worship.

• We believe Satan is a real being and the arch enemy of the saints and the Godhead.

• We believe salvation is through Christ alone, by grace alone, through faith alone; and that sanctification is past, present and future.

• We believe church ordinances include baptism and communion, neither of which is required for salvation.

• We believe in the bodily resurrection of believers to everlasting blessedness and of the unjust to everlasting condemnation.
