Upcoming Prayer Events

Corporate Concerts of Prayer: Wayside Chapel provides opportunities to seek the Lord corporately through regularly scheduled Concerts of Prayer.  The focus of each event typically relates to the current needs of the church. 

Worship Service Intercessory Team: The opportunity exists during each worship service to pray in the church parlor for every aspect of the service while it is in progress.  The church parlor is located two doors down from the church office.  

After-service Prayer Partners: Prayer partners are available to pray with you and for you at the end of the Sunday morning services.  They will be standing in the front of the sancutary, wearing a badge indicating that they are Prayer Partners.

Prayer Request Line: When you need prayer, please call 344-1203, Ext 102 and leave your request which will then be put on the Prayer Warrior’s line. (Available 24/7.)  Submit a prayer request online. 

Prayer Warrior’s Line:  Call 344-1203, Ext 209 and receive requests in order to pray for needs of the Wayside Body.

Military Prayer Support Team: If you have an immediate family member deployed to Iraq or Afghanistan, you are invited to be part of a weekly prayer support team. Because of security concerns, requests are always kept confidential. They also meet periodically to fellowship and pray together. If you are interested, please fill out a form at the church office and you will be contacted shortly.

Powerful Changes from Fervent Prayer: Have you ever longed to see God's hand at work in the lives of those you love but weren't sure how to ask for His help? On October 10 and 11 we welcome special guest Sammy Tippit to our weekend services and a special 6:00 p.m. Sunday night Summit on prayer! Sammy is a well known international evangelist who has written several books on prayer and has personally witnessed changes in people around the world as a result of effective prayer.  Don't miss it!
